3. You may not change, modify, edit, or use my pieces without permission.
4. I can and may decline any commission or client for any reason.
5. The art that I create cannot be used by you or anyone else for training any AIs, this concludes adopts as well.
Payment:
7. Payments will be made through Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo or Kofi in USD.
8. I will not accept refunds unless a valid reason is given. I would prefer you to voice any concerns you may have with me first.
9. Backing out of a commission (before payment is sent) will not result in any issues as long as you communicate with me.
10. I will prompt the transaction in order to avoid any issues, please do not pay until I accept your commission and confirm for you to do so!
